You can't find them anywhere. Your best bet to find one cheap is to find an A3000 sampler with the AIEB2 installed, rip it it, and sell the sampler. In the A3000 both could be fitted, so you'll need to ask the seller which board is fitted. Often it'll be the AIEB1, as it has been n the market longer, and that will not fit your RS7000. Of course you could also try and find a RS7000 with expansion and sell yours.
look on eBay for completed listings that didn't sell and had the board fitted. contact seller and ask for them to sell just the board. shouldn't take that long as see them every so often.
As Brian says, beware, the A3000 also uses the AIEB1 which is definitely not compatible with the RS7000. Although the AIEB2 will work in an A3000/A4000/A5000, I kind of doubt you'll find one with it inside.
I believe you can quickly identify the AIEB2 because it's silver and not black like the AIEB1

You're right, the AIEB2 is silver, the AIEB1 is black.
ah ok, i was just about asking if the aieb 1 would work aswell. crazy that these boards are so rare.
i bought an aIEB2 for 300$ off ebay in the US around a year ago, but with all the effects panning eq and filtering within the rs7000 I have yet to figure out a good enough reason to have to mess with patching those outputs to anything?

sounds about right. mostly use my board as a digital input to sample from
Something to consider: none of the 3 fx busses nor the master fx can be routed to the AIEB2 assignable outputs.
one on uk ebay right now still quite cheap - ends today tho
