Casio CZ1 - Sysex dump / Librarian

My Casio CZ1 is with me for quite a while and I've stored many sounds in it's user memory. I'm a  afraid that the internal battery will give up unexpectedly and thus making me loose al my sounds.

What I'd like to do is simply get the CZ1 to dump it's entire memory bank in sysex to my pc running midi OX so I can store that. According to the manual, the CZ1 can do Sysex dumps but it has to receive the "send request" message first from another Casio. Only, I don't know how such a message looks like, neither do I know how to send it with Midi OX (but that probably won't be hard to find out).

Does anyone have a recommendation? A good librarian sotfware would also help, I tried using the demo of MidiQuest but that didn't do much.
