Limiting the amount of copies per buyer is bad solution and it will make Discogs price increase. Sellers will say there were only 2 or 3 records per person (or even only 1 record per person) so it's rare and unique occasion to buy this record and my high price is reasonable. Always something limited and exclusive is much more expensive. Moreover I agree with italofundamentalo - speculators always find way to get more copies.
Don't want to pay ridiculous Discogs prices? Read regularly R4R posts, visit your favourites label/artist webpage, check out Clone or Godspill tweets. Nearly everybody have smartphones nowadays so you can get informations quick and buy good releases for regular prices immediately wherever you are.
