Cwejman Frequency Shifter FSH-1. Still trying to wrap my head around a bit how a Frequency Shifter differs from a Ring Modulator. It's in the stereo effects I guess.
Also got an old Tama DS-200 drum synth. Seems to predate the Techstars. Noticed Septic had one when looking for info on it. What'd you think of it, Septic?
Me too. It's older so maybe it has an older sound to it, and the controls are somewhat Syncussion like. Can't wait for it to get here.
A Roland JX-8P and a DSI Mopho for 220€ each. You don't get more Synth for the money!
ka-chingg!
Nice kit. Bravo!
congratz on th JX-8P.. Mighty synth!!!

I found it a good dual channel module for making:
909 pitch kicks
808 claves
and all in between, only downside is that you can bend the pitch only in one way, and the syncussion can do it both ways.
But i found the sound very good from it, althought a bit limited due to its one waveform its got
this one is almost ready for me
and these are being build aswell in a dual layout
but also in a dual panel:
@sceptic. Lovely panels - You got the bug bad.
I want a "cluster" knob - does it apply krautrock to your patches?

hehe, i wish
then you need also the krautrock phaser
three revox PR99 decks. Two of them are faulty and one is good with the trolley and the monitor speakers. I'll make another good one out of the two. Couldn't resist at 10 euro's a piece...i'm done with the reel to reels now, have a few too many.
Thingamagoop 2. Now I need an Arduino board so I can reprogram this creature. I was always curious about this Arduino thing. Now I'll start messing with it.

That's a good score! If you'd sell them in parts they're already worth more. Nothing wrong with having 2 donor machines, if you have the space for them.
another juno 106
I like the 106... soundwise it's getting under appreciated in these days of Juno 60 madness. Too bad about the infamous chip problems... I need to order new ones for mine. 250 euro... ouch...
i saved my first Juno 106 ics and will do that with second
actually you have to unsolder all epoxy ics... clean them in acethon and throw back
and problems will go forever!!!!

Ah so you have done this method and it is a winner?

I'm also interested in this cause I'm getting a stuck note since recently
I notice that info about JUNO ICs on web
and i tried it
there is some logic to do that
couse that ics are not colling so all heat stay under epoxy and that damage ICS////
I did that it took me 2 days to do all and its now a year since .. I never had a problem with it!!! even with removed epoxy from ICs its easier to fix em if something goes wrong!!!!!!!
Ah yeah I forgot about the acetone solution. Might as well give it a shot. I'd replace all 6 chips anyhow.
32U HE rack for MOTM modular use + some powerdistributers and 2 rackmountkits for the moogerfoogers
DR-550 for 15 euros on the flee market .. worth the price ? after a little test, it seems
I love the DR-550. Just got mine going again the other day and remembered how fun they are. Full of cool sounds. Good find!
Finally sold my 909 last week and picked up a second hand machinedrum last night (with the cash difference I'm going to order up a thingamagoop2 as they look cute) . First impressions of the MD, the interface is good and after an hour's fiddling last night I'd already got some nice usable sounds out of it. I only used it with heaphones as it was late but I'll give it a blast through the monitors this afternoon.
