Does anyone have a helpful friend or relative living in Japan?

If anybody knows someone helpful living in Japan it would be deeply appreciated.

Here's the deal:
I want to buy a record from a Japanese record store but it doesn't ship outside the country.
So I was thinking he could ship to a middle hand who could forward the package to me.
