Thanks kuczera smile  I guess I get really lucky with the records I find.  The funny thing is that I rarely post records I get - I have a pretty ridiculous collection, just not too many doubles of the very rare items.

I actually found this 12" on eBay!  I still can't believe it...

Hehe, yeah, I know what you mean about the eBay listings.  I buy from eBay sometimes, but Discogs is definitely better.  It's like a store, rather than worrying you won't get a record at the last second.

I think Everybody Needs Somebody Sometimes (Part 2) is incredible (well, all the mixes are fantastic, but I like Part 2 the most).  I have one of the 12"s w/ the instrumental, but her voice goes perfectly with the drums - I don't see how you could choose not to hear the vocals!  Good price on that 12" btw wink

i love the vocal side too, and i'm never averse to playing the vocal side of anything - but the instrumental does all the right things in all the right places (plus it has vocals on it anyway)

Just listened to both the instr and part 2.  Other than the intro (which is amazing), the instrumental and part 2 are almost exactly alike except for the additional vocals on part 2.  In the end, I like part 2 more b/c of that, but I certainly see why you like the instrumental.  It's an awesome song, no matter which version you like the best wink

Oh, I think this seller is off his rocker:  http://www.discogs.com/sell/list?releas … &ev=rp  $150 for this 12"?  No one will buy it for that.  Remove the extra "0" and maybe we'll talk.

Found "Kano - It's a war" in a kringloopstore yesterday... must have been tired from the IFM party because wasn't feeling like carrying around a record.... DAMN! only 1 E so I send my girlfriend in today: lucky it was still there smile
