Yeah, this Atelier Folie sounds very different from the later No Rhyme, No Reason which sounds again very different from Fashion. When A Man Is A Man reminds of early New Order and Joy Division. At a certain point (somewhere at the end) this track goes sky high when I relisten it now.

"When a Man is a Man" is kinda the ultimate mix of italo and new-wave for me.

I think the drums are real, and apart for the synth line and a little echo effect on the voice, the rest of the track is purely new wave stuff, rockets style almost. And, too fast to be italo, like ice eyes no sex.
