Neuropolitique - Fusion-Neu - bad pressing?

Ok, finally got a copy of Neuropolitique's Fusion-Neu.

Unfortunately I was shocked to hear how my copy sounded like. There's this background hiss / distortion on every track and the needle almost doesn't stay on the grooves at all. Tried to add more weight - no luck.

Does anyone else have the same problem with the pressing, or am I just having a bad luck?

The record looks like near mint though.
