Topic: Trame CD on vinyl?

Guys,

I need this release badly... but not on CD, does anyone know if this has been (or will be) released on black gold?

Re: Trame CD on vinyl?

That would take like 4 records for the whole release to get all tracks on there and only a handfull people would buy it, it would be an economic disaster to release that on vinyl wink

and ofcourse the CD has superior soundquality

Re: Trame CD on vinyl?

Why vinyl? It's listening music anyway. CD is the only right choice here.

cmon its a classic - it was  the first REAL workable DJ-player for CDs (like the 1210 mkII was for vinyl)...

and its still a great choice - nearly unbreakable...

Re: Trame CD on vinyl?

To me this ain't just listening music. I always like to use these kind of productions in the mix... but I agree on the fact that this would be too expensive to put it on vinyl thought...

And as for any kind of fancy CD player... it's just not my cup of tea and it never will be...

Re: Trame CD on vinyl?

ok so I defenetely need a co-producer for the vinyl press of Trame. wink

Are these long tracks? Otherwise they might fit on a 2 x 12 inch I guess? (I don't know jack shit about pressing so this might be a dumbass question) smile

Re: Trame CD on vinyl?

@squadra - CD only has digitally clearer sound, not 'better' sound... what's 'better' is a subjective matter and I for one prefer that warm crackly hum!

@dolcevita - are u serious?!? big_smile

Re: Trame CD on vinyl?

Smackos should do a Strange Life compilation smile

would be amazing, I'd certainly buy one! surely enough people would buy it to justify the costs?

Re: Trame CD on vinyl?

@casionova: yes. ok, CDJ1000 is the choice, but if you have low budget the CDJ100 is a dream.
