Topic: John Daly, maker of fine tunes and EDITS

Just wanted to call attention to this guy's nice work. I like it, dubby and deep, electronic and sometimes Housey.

He also started sharing his unreleased edits.

Do it your way, because everyone else is just weird.

Re: John Daly, maker of fine tunes and EDITS

some tracks are really good, some are too housey for me bu i guess most of us already know john daly wink

interesting about the edits tho, curious to see the results as he seems to choose mainstream classics !

Sweeet!!! I've always been a sucker for anyone coming out on Wave...

Re: John Daly, maker of fine tunes and EDITS

I have bought his double 12" on Plak Records and it's really good imo

Re: John Daly, maker of fine tunes and EDITS

You can tell when someone is critical and pushes themselves (and shows restraint and self-edits) when producing and that's what I hear in his work. I don't like ALL the tracks but you can tell care went into the making.

Re: John Daly, maker of fine tunes and EDITS

I like some of Mr Daly' s work also. The Plak 12" I have is real nice as is the latest jam Solitaire / Back It Up, one Carl Craig[ish] in style the other very much on a beatdown KDJ tip.

From Ireland by all accounts. Like fellow countryman Lerosa, he' s making some fine house music at the moment.
