It was made in your honour oh worshipful master of mystic modular mayhem.  Once it was patched up the only time it was soiled by human hands was the fade in and out.

I'm really liking this one.
What stuff did you use?

Re: modular noodle - dreams of rain

Cheers Mono.  It was based on the Dream Machine patch in the Allen Strange book.  I know they're not your favourite but it's mainly Doepfer.  There are 2 x A-149-1 controlling an A-155 sequencer and a 156 dual quantizer.  The synced bassline oscillators are both fed from a A-152 Voltage Addressed Track&Hold which doesn't quite track in time which gives the nice lag betwwen the syncing of the oscillators.  Both of the oscillators then went through a STG PL LPF.  The hats are the 6 osc noise source from the A-117 fed into a Frequensteiner in HP mode.  Everything was finally fed through a Roland SDE3000.  There was a lot more involved but I was on a mission and just kept patching and un-patching until it sounded right.
