They are actually parasites and live on bugs for example. In my lab I feed them with E.coli. Good stuff. What makes bad diarreah in humans is like chocolate for them.

mine live in the soil and make plants grow slower... according to my boss nematodes can do anything

I work with people with addictions and mental health problems we do arts and green industry work with people recycling gardening horticulture. Though I drive a desk I get to meet lots of good people.

It's an independent. There's bits that I like and I get on well/very well with most people but I have to commute 2-3 hours a day each way. Just not worth it.

I program computer games. Currently mostly advertising bullshit, but we recently acquired a Nintendo Wii licence + development console so things are improving.
i start work here http://www.danacentre.org.uk/...next week...ill be coming up with evening events on contemporary science and technology, culture and art...we are doing an astronomy season featuring space art from the 70's and lord rees talking on a british manned space program and space colonisation....its a really great place actually..like a cafe bar with interesting stuff to talk about
