mental!
This is the concept about "Ricochet Session":
"Basically its pointed at anyone who speaks about playing music all over the board even if it u cant mix it is where the concept of "Ricochet" is created & basically Chicago & the world more or less seems to be stuck on WHO did WHAT and WHEN, when being the big role in this statement.
It's almost as if certain people think that progression in music shouldn't exist but Traxx continues to push the limits on his musical talents, instead of playing the same music you would typically hear in the old days.
Its a choice on playing OUTSIDE of the box and not conforming to what the clubs/venues/promoters would prefer him to play.
IN HIS OPINION, it would be a complete slap in the face if a promoter would ask, "Hey, now for this gig, do you think you could play the style of house music you played back in the mid 90's?"
How can you expect somebody to respond to a request like that in a positive manner?
Respect goes to an artist going against the grain, playing what comes from your heart, soul & mind.
To all the club promoters stop being pig-headed!
U act like u know whats best for anyone that comes to your club BULLSHIT.
Be OPEN-Minded."

Thanks for sharing.
He is mad but I like him.
Tracklisting open to enquiry as usual I guess.

Hey, actually Traxx - To the Beat Bizarre! only had its proper release a couple of days ago. The one you saw was the test pressing. Very limited run though. So get it soon...
Shame to downgrade that peppermint lounge track.

The B side of this record just totally rips Slick Master Rick – Halloween House,

And it’s not the first time this guy is doing stuff like this.
