Hi Robots, i want a robot helmet which is looking like my selfmaded avatar, has anybody a idea how i can realise it ?

Does anybody know who can make a helmet like that ?

get that c3po mask and put a nose on it and paint it with green metallic spray paint.

you could make a wooden mold on which you plaster epoxy + fibreglass

or else, rapid prototyping, more expensive, and you got to have a 3d model of the shape you want to make
very interesting though, as you can make more complex shapes as you're not limited by the possibilities a mold
