well yes, you guys experienced the same effect with gabber, no?
sort of, think I felt the same with hip-house and italo (styles I still don't like).. Gabber on the other hand was cool for 2 years until it became stereotype monkey music for the masses with bold guys in australian uniforms..
There is a lot of shit new-beat made, if not most, but there is also some really good stuff imo..

New Beat was fun (to me it was) while it lasted I think....until it wasn't funny anymore. This also goes for Gabber, Hiphouse and quite a few other genres.

Thanks. Meanwhile have added a few more titles. The list is not very far from complete now... That Sound Of C between 4:28-5:00 is just some sampling I think. The Sound Of C later in the mix is a version by The Torpedos.

But I figured the sampling was very pronounced in the mix, so I thought it should perhaps be in the tracklist.
As you say, there aren't many unidentified tracks in the list you made.
Sure there must be some Belgians or other NewBeat-heads out there being able to fill in the gaps...?

Had problems loading the video on one PC also. It kept on loading, loading, loading and loading but after a while it played.
