Yo robots - thought some of you might like this. It's a classic breakdance video from 1983 called Breakin 'n' Enterin'  starring a young Egyptian Lover, Ice-T, Chris "The Glove" Taylor and Dupont!

Old school West Coast bboy action.

Re: Breakin' 'n' Enterin'

and my "all time personal hero" award goes to anyone who can provide me with the dupont tracks from that movie. in reasonable quality please, not just taped from the vhs as in all the bootlegs floating around.

Re: Breakin' 'n' Enterin'

@lj;

Yes those dupont  tracks a amazing! Only have a crappy mp3 of "burn" (5:20 in 56kbps)...
Great lyrics.. "... Burn, sweat, make your body work, to get wet.."  :-)

Re: Breakin' 'n' Enterin'

that Dupont track makes an appearance on Mr. T's Be Somebody or Be Somebody's fool. I try ripping the audio, but its a DVD of VHS copy so it probably won't sound much better.

Re: Breakin' 'n' Enterin'

it's also on the japanese new edition from the soundtrack
bad quality though, vhs
masters are long gone and it will never be better then that

Re: Breakin' 'n' Enterin'

why not just buy the original soundtrack?

cause there is no original soundtrack.
and the dupont tracks never made it on the "unofficial" soundtrack.

@bankie: i heard about the mr t. video. i might have even seen the part with the dupont track, but if i remember correctly the track is only playing in the back and mr. t talks over it?
apparently there is a soundtrack to the mr. t video, but dupont seems to be missing:

Are we still talking about Breakin N Enterin?

If so, there are 3 Dupont tracks on this release.

Re: Breakin' 'n' Enterin'

Yeah burning is on there! cool, the track is really good.

@LJ

Mr. T is definitely not talking over it, it's a weird work-out montage scene.

believe me, that is not the original soundtrack but some low quality bootleg.
the dupont tracks are in horrible quality, they literally just taped them from the vhs.

Re: Breakin' 'n' Enterin'

sure, this one is a bootleg. Is there an official record? I don`t think so...

yes there used to be one captain, released in ridiculous quantities

just looked it up, and according to the freddy fresh book.. 25

and that one got bootlegged also

and there are the ones without tracktitles on the label ( coloured and black vinyl )

and now the japanese one

so the story goes on and on, it makes your "head spin" wink
