Bored to Death Season 1 - Not bad but not great as i'd expect with some of the good actors they've got. It did get better as the show went on though.

Yes, it was a good one. The same context for me (this is why I bought the DVD).
hunger - i fell asleep half way through and don't think i want to try and watch the rest. very little dialogue and hard to follow if you aren't completely tuned in. the whole movie only consists of a few different settings and it's hard for me to concentrate on scenes that take place in one setting for a long period of time.
