watched mj's "this is it" yesterday. Not that bad actually. Shows again that the man was a total genius. Only a bit unrewarding seeing them rehearsing their show the whole movie and then jacko gets a heart attack.
Fucking stunning, grotesque, bizarrely funny Tsukamoto-esque Japanese weirdness about a group of scientists using machinery and psychoactive chemicals to create psychic powers through guitar pedal drones, anally administered drug injections and a rubber suit.
Amazing.

hey prisoner of love, if you enjoyed the fassbinder movie check out 'All that Heaven Allows' by Douglas Sirk and 'Far From Heaven' by Todd Haynes.
The three movies are all variations on the same theme, although Sirk's movie came first.

Yeah. Even in the midst of the plague and the grim reaper lurking around every corner I wanted to be there. It's amazing how even just a particular landscape can induce a feeling.
Puuuuh .... finally I watched it and damned this was emotional hard and a real downer, but highly recommended.
