Yellular - A person who is a 'Yellular' is someone who no matter how loud or indeed how quiet it is, insists on shouting down their mobile phone. Normally right next to me, on the train in the morning when im trying to sleep. even if they were in the other carriage I could probably hear them.... ARGH!
