Topic: Uninstalling Logic Studio 9.0.0

This seems to be an incredibly difficult task. There are so many files associated with Logic that when I attempt to uninstall it in order to install version 8, I get a message saying that a newer version exists on the computer. I've gone to different forums and web sites to figure out how to do it, but I want to know if any of you have had to go through this terrible, terrible process.

Any help would be appreciated.

one thing i hate about macs is most software doesn't come with the handy "uninstall" feature like pcs. have you searched for any software out there that will help you clear programs from your machine w/o wiping your drive?

try to use Clean App.

I find it odd that'd they make a Final Cut remover yet nothing for Logic...

Take this with a grain of salt as it may only apply to 7 or 8 although I don't see why it wouldn't work with 9
