Yeah, sport of today is a opium for the consumers and a big mafia (OC, UEFA) business. I was pissed off when I saw that bosnian public TV changed all theirs program according to some olympic evaluations - every fucking day - a tons of sport.
I don't give a fuck about it. I just want that some nations will be defeated in everything - Russia, Serbia (defeated by Croatia in waterpollo today - oh yeah!) and other suckers like China, who are nothing else then some relicts of totalitarian ages.
A while ago i saw a documentary about China were they showed some athletes training themselves. When China got the news that they could organise the Olympics some 12 years ago or something they immediatly started recruiting thousands of little kids with the perfect size muscles and body's. They were trained for 10 years long 7 days a week and were taken from their families. After all these years of training there were the selection rounds and in the end only 3 of them per sport could join the olympic team. All the other kids just trained themself for nothing and all the work done was for nothing.... Thats why China is already leading with the amount of medals. They just created ultra athletes. Ive seen USA vs China basketball game. Those unusual big guys from China were not like the Chinese ive seen living there during the 2 times i was there, they are created and filled with hormones and all this bodybuilder muscle growing drug. Its insane. The whole Olympics is insane, the breathtaking opening ceremony was a proof of it! The Chinese are going crazy and showing their massive power!!!!
thats what olympics is all about and we should accept them as our leaders
everything else aside, I think the gymnastics (super duper chinese ultra uberathlete, or not) is pretty impressive. everytime its on its the only thing I will make a point of watching. especially the two odd height bars. I dont know what its called...
The opening ceremony was cool/scary. As for the sports it is interesting to see how our bodies or some humans bodies are able to evolve and "progress"; world records are broken every olympics. I've noticed a lot of odd events that i hadn't noticed in previous olympics such as the airsoft gun challenge. That's just weird.

I watched the hockey girls today. It was ok. I like to watch the beach voleyball woman since some look very nice in those wet tight suits

It's just called bar, in womens gymnastics they use the 2 uneven bars and mens use one single high bar.
Watched the opening ceremony from a bar in Slurry Hills, the funniest thing I've done in ages, watching everyone heckle the TV at mass displays of state power, better than the footy any day...
