Topic: music made in completely unique ways?

Can any of you peeps think of any examples (commercial or not) where music has been made in completely unique ways?

Such as:

http://www.originalsmegashuffle.com/
(more from break dancing, etc)

(sound track to this Nike ad made using squeeks of shoes on court or balls bouncing)

(Renault F1 car playing the national anthem – bit shit though)

[vimeo]http://vimeo.com/10198497[/vimeo]
(music played on a bonsai tree)

(David Byrne playing a building)

Or different ways of documenting it:

I remember some of you posting this one, which is really ingenious

Zoviet France makes a lot of music with instruments they build themself, with aluminum, roofing shingles and porcelain.
And that goes for a lot of early industrial groups, Z'ev is another one, he does percussion on every piece of garbage he finds and it sounds great.

An inserted soft pressure sensor detects when I am engaging my kegel muscles. Each contraction triggers a single note in song "Mary Had a Little Lamb".
