Exactly my thought, not the best song from hotsound though still ok.
About De 1000 Idioten Records, it was a Dutch label found in Enscede in 1977, they had the philosophy that there always would be 1000 Idiots that would buy their records, hence the name smile
They released Van Aggt Casanova, which is considered being the first dutch language punk songs and it's for sure one of the first punk songs that was released on an independent label in Holland. The label releases a few punk singles, a bit more standard rock, but also more experimental new wave stuff. This Kewi A Gogo Party is more experimental, they had a single before which was called Space Disco which was electronic, but had De Meester Van De Zesde Klas Heeft Beatle Haar. Anyway i like their stuff, it's not all evenly brilliant, but it's not realy standard which is nice.
I believe they released 10 records as an independent label, (still looking for one: Sound On Sound by Fay Lovesick), afterwards they had some deal with WEA and a bit later they changed their name to Idiot Records.

Still quite a (italo)gem, congrats! When I received that record through the mail I first thought the seller drew the sleeve himself. smile It looks so done by an amature who had still some markers laying around.

Yes, I am quite sure, must be a new production. But one of the very few that have a real "old" sound. If I would have heard that record without knowing it's from today, I would have bet 100 bucks it must have been from the early 80s ... Great one.

Looked it up on discogs. It's a production by Andrea Cofrancesco who already got quite an impressive list of "new" productions behind his name.
