Midi channel rerouter pedal?

Is there some kind of pedal that transposes or reroutes notes from one midi channel to another?

want to play a more simple live set with only a boss dr, a matrix oberheim 1000 and a loop pedal. would be nice if I could  kick in the Matrix Oberheim 1000 only from time to time - so when the pedal is activated, the notes from the boss coming out in channel 3 get rerouted to let's say channel 6 which the oberheim is set up to listen to.

something like this available maybe?
