Topic: Having trouble finding this piece of video art.

Ok, so I've got a horrible memory, but there was this video that was made in the 1980's that took place in Michigan. I feel like it was Detroit but it could have been somewhere else in the state. It involved kind of a weird Liquid Sky-esque soundtrack and a woman cooking/eating her husband. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it. Does this ring any bells for any robots?
