I think if you're running a business with re-releasing old stuff in small volume, the only way to not go broke is to charge more then your 'normal' 10-15 a per record.
All the hours that are put into a business must be earned back in some way. Artwork, licensing, find out who's the copyright owner, website, distribution etc etc etc...
Just because people are used to pay a certain amount for a record doesn't mean every record cost the same.
