For this @DarkScienceElectro premiere we take a listen to Brooklyn-based producer @SC-164 for the ever-prolific label Cultivated Electronics.

Brooklyn's Greg Schappert AKA @SC-164 brings the intelligent heat for @Cultivated-Electronics on a new EP called 'Human Grid'. The track selected by @DVSNME to premiere is the opening track of the record and delivers on the rhythmic front with a heavy hitting instrumental. This release is available now!

For this @DarkScienceElectro premiere, we take a listen to the maiden voyage of a new label called @CurtisElectronix - This new imprint is operated by @CEM3340CEM3340 and the first release of the label is dedicated to the man himself.

As stated in 2 previous premieres @cem3340cem3340 produces music using only vintage gear and was happy to share that this release was composed using the 808, SH-101, Juno 60, Mono/Poly, Juno 106, Pro One, Korg Polysix, Trident, and the Jupiter 6. You can absolutely hear the analog tinge throughout the album as well as all his productions overall. The song that was selected by @DarkScienceElectro to premiere is called 'Under The Night' and is the only track on this 4 track vinyl that is remixed. If you are going to choose a remixer in this modern landscape of Electro music, what better choice than @The-Exaltics. This song absolutely shines with its brilliant drum programming. Flickering alongside the bass drum rolls are quick-moving arpeggios and a memorable vocal sample used throughout.

For the next @DarkScienceElectro premiere we look to France for another release from @UKONX

@Fotoapparat was born somewhere in Europe, around the 21st century. The project is thought as of a multimedia experiment with roots both from the past and the future : it is the fruit of the love of strange music, social science fiction and last but not least, underground electronic subcultures.

The six tracks intertwine to tell a story about science and religion, an anticipatory tale about humankind's dark future.

The EP will be available as digital format on the UKONX Bandcamp but also on the major distribution channels, such as iTunes, JunoDownload, Spotify, Amazon and Google Play.
