I am still fighting with John Peel Memoires. Even if I read the german translation, it is a bad written book. In english it cannot be better... I am sure. anyways, I`ll try my best.

an extremely good read if your a fan of his. also gives a really indepth look into how he thinks and what goe through his mind during productions.

good book.

Im gonna head down to the book shop at lunch and see what I can see.

loved that one too, and based on that i got myself another of martel's books, SELF, a weird read about a guy that one day wakes up and discovers he turned into a female, but i can't really say i liked it very much
otherwise i'm quite a fan of booker prize awardees, always check out their stuff

started re-reading louis theroux's - the call of the weird (travels in american subcultures), i started the other way around i guess, it was inspired by his Weird Weekends show he did for the bbc years prior to publishing the book. crazy stories, crazy americans, crazy people, a light and entertaining read, i'm looking forward to watching the show, put faces to characters from the book, ...

Had to give up with All I Need Is Love by Klaus Kinski and moved to Dubliners by James Joyce a couple of nights ago.

A friend of mine told me about the book a couple of months ago and back then I read one of the stories, 'A Little Cloud'

Very impressive and reminded me a bit of Kafka's works actually.

Finished neal stephensons quicksilver and Murakami's The Wind Up Bird Chronicals the last couple weeks...Just started House of The Spirits, cause it's my girlfriends fav book. Also finished Faucult's Pendulum which i quite enjoyed.
