You should try Galeria do Rock. It's downtown. 24 de maio is the name of the street. It's a huge place with lots of record stores. Definitely, a must go in S

Gonna be in Brazil for the World Cup - any updates on stores worth checking out while the football not happening. Gonna be mostly in Sao Paulo but also in Rio for a bit.
