Im back to best combo i ever used ,,, atari+ paris + desk
I realized ...with big new softwaer and plug there is no fun in music..I hate when i make a tune in 2 hours....
I dont wanna be instant preset user and dont wanna bad timing on midi....

Every now and then maybe once a year I try to set up some kind of sequencing program on the PC, after hopping some hurdles it works then there is some stuff that doesn't make sense and we're back to the old shit.

seems that modern sequencers doesnt like hardware at all these days..

yeah Logic dropped already slaving from Midiclock since v8 (zzzzzzz) only MTC syncing, like anybody uses that (well in the 90 with ADATs and so, but not now anymore I think)

I use a nice Atari Mega 1 with Cubase.
I sequence with that and some hardware sequencers, and no intention of changing to a PC.
