There should be some options there to vote too. Like a year ago I suddenly could vote. Didn't know how I got this rights, I just had them suddenly. Maybe it happens after you have submitted an amount of releases or it could depend on the status of your account. Ah, here it is http://www.discogs.com/help/voting-guidelines.html

voted some things in (and out, especially those robotdjnet mixes --> that are not "releases" because if it were everyone could start adding his or her mixes to discogs) PS: to delete a release 4 votes are needed.
