I sold my Drumtrax with an extra kickdrum rom, I think I sold it to Rude66 a few years ago...maybe he still has it???

There are also people who will burn a rom on request with an Eprom burner

They are not roms but eproms. I can burn them but I'm in Australia so might not be convenient. I assume they are 2764. If they are listed here I can burn them- they list many 2764 including a kind of general 12.7v 21v 25v 2764. I used these setting for some of my 2732.

I will do it for you if you like but i can only test 2732 not 2764 as that is what my linndrum takes. Again you might be able to find a better local option to help you but if not let me know.

I got a Kenton Control Freak Studio Edition on Ebay tonight. Seems to be in really good shape with original box, power supply and manual.

Looks like I can use it with at least 4 pieces of gear I have. I especially want it as a controller for the Proteus 2000 and Roland MVS-1 I have.

just got an Roland R8m with jazz brush, jazz, contemporary percussion, dry and dace (808) cards. The seller also threw in 6 extra cables.

anyways, I am currently building the modules I bought from Elby Designs a month ago..
While the quality of the PCB and the front panel is very good, I have to make a small complain about the service offered...
The BOM is reporting some capacitors of a certain value that are not present in the components bags shipped to me...
and some others are there that are not in the BOM.
While I can understand a change in the design, what I can't accept is the fact that this has not been checked properly.
I will anyways send an email to the guy to understand if it is a design change or he forgot to put them in (but I still can't understand why he put
some different components!)
