I just got a Korg Se-500 tape echo, in great condition, with cv control of delay times and balanced i/o, nice!

I think they usually go for cheaper, at least the Korg Se-500 compared to the 201/301/501/555.

General consensus seems to be that the Korgs are cleaner sounding, which is not necessarily a good thing, but also more reliable and quieter.

They don't have the same vintage appeal as the Rolands, but I got it for a fair price, 300 CAD. And it matches my Ms-10 and 20.

It's a Korg S-2 foot switch.

Is it normal that it switches a divice on only so long i have my foot on it? No on/off. It works different to the Boss FS-5L. Or is mine shit?
