left behind a large collection of M Squared  stuff as i thought theyre too pricey at round 35 euro a piece
oh and got the new Dan Curtin for the b-side. quiet liked it, nothing like his old stuff kind of minimal,,, been a real

Re: your last purchases of records

believe it or not,  I have typed nothing myself. I made a script where I search the right discogs#, and import via the discogs XML API all info into my database cool
From that db. I can export to any list I want, like a list for forums....

But at some point you had to select all those items in Discogs, unless I'm not understanding correctly.  Then you just return the most-recently-added records as a list of Discogs release pages?

Re: your last purchases of records

yes ok you're right about that, I have todo some steps.
I made a Filemaker app (Mac prog.) for that: I pick a new vinyl, type in the cat.no and from within FM it will search discogs for it. About 95% exists, so if exists -> I copy the unique discogs number, put it in a field. Then a script imports all data in all available fields, including tracks, credits etc.
So typing cat.no, hit enter, click the right release, copy and paste id et voila.
When all data is imported in FM, it's automatically connected, via odbc, with some local mysql db's and with that I feed my website outlab.net

have not seen the tapes but it was a collection of Aussie post punk 78-84 that bassicly had everything in it
the MS was the full cataloge, so i would assume the guy who sold it had them too, but maybe the shop just
did not display them - don't know? anyhow I left offers on a few items and they said they will get back to me by
Monday so I'll ask the question for you

Vitabeats were a Sydney new wave band started around 82 and had a few 7"s this 1st one is the very best
especialy the B side Tokyo (the airport version) is ultra nice, and the kind of thing i could use in a mix (think
Body Electric - Pulsing) the latter stuff had more guitar in it and was too poppy 4me
my amp is getting fixed and they waiting on some Luxman parts from the states should be back end of next
week, pm me then for the mp3

@kuc

Dan Curtin is called Beat Fiend (but the good track is Amphibian) it must be only 2-3 weeks old as they only recievd
it in the shop yesterday, and we are always a couple of weeks behind,,,
Vcf thing is very diffrent to other other lp kind of slow space disco with classical motives played on synth/moog
Dany wang should have given this a good listen before that last Balihu smile
