Good question.
I thought they were because they helped put things in perspective, but they are kind of anecdotal, and not graphs.
And though I love food, and families, this didn't entirely put a smile on my face (so I wouldn't put in the pics that make you smile thread).
Close enough I reckon. Fascinating stuff. Where did you get it from Bankie? I can see the potential for a whole series. Consumables bought in a week, comparisons of different families in different regional areas of a country or different socio-economic or ethnic background etc. ps I really want to go to Bhutan.
I got it from Space Ghetto (which is generally pretty NSFW, and there's actually one more image that wouldn't load on here for some reason).
Yeah, it's fascinating for me to see the differences in food and money spent on food for different people. For me it'd be something like 50$ a week, mainly consisting of lima beans, rice, and beer.
