Burberry trench? COS trench? Jil Sander jacket? What should I go for?

And, of course:
Have I been spending too much money on clothing lately?

I bought a burberry trench last year. The quality sucks ! (I can compare because my mother had one she bought in London when she was young and after more 30 years, it is still impeccable. Unfortunately, it is too large and tall for me).

Cos, I don't know (?)

Regarding Jil Sander, I tought it was finished (?).

Re: Random questions you are asking yourself...

Burberry: OK, doesn't sound too good, hmmm....

COS: Collection of Style, some high end brand by H&M, there is one store in Paris as well: http://www.cosstores.com/
Much of their stuff is pretty good and not too expensive. But then, it's just H&M, and sometimes you may want "more" than just H&M...

Jil Sander: No, some years ago, Raf Simons took over and ever since it has been going on...great stuff, but really expensive. And not always that great. Currently, their jackets/coats are not that great IMO.

Whatever, let's see if Santa brings enough for me to afford anything of the above! wink

Edit: By the way, no, I'm not a girl, I'm a boy. wink

because your pretense for not buying gifts for people fails when you go spend the money on yourself. i would feel guilty too. the answer is buy records for your friends, then you wont feel as guilty .

black shape  you are totally right. in the end i looked bad and took the fun out of it for other people. didnt spend money on myself, just bought booze /food for mates - but nothing special. i did buy a record for a mate, this was satisfying; next year from scrooge to sceptical santa.

Yeah, I know Ecler's sound is rock solid & reliable... I used an ecler SMAC for more than 7 years at home and I still have it, but it gave some problems (phono/cd connection) with TSpro
I was considering another ecler before the pioneer purchase, but in the end I chose for change... (and the fact that they use it everywhere)
The 700 is nice for sure, but the EQ-part is not overwhelming (e.g. bass kill on my ecler is much better)

anyhow, on topic:

Early flightbookers (before end January) get cheaper prices..
