About a week ago, a 15-year-old kid was stabbed to death by another kid of the same age in Stockholm. Another kid (14) was killed when run over by a known gang member who was high on drugs. In 24 hours, 7 people were shot in Stockholm, with one incident involving an assault rifle being sprayed in broad daylight. The perpetrators of this incident were two 19-year-olds, one 15-year-old gang affiliate and a 45-year-old innocent bystander was killed. Additionally, a 60-year-old florist was shot in the knee. All of this is happening while bombs are going off almost every single day. Growing up in one of the problem areas that fosters this gangster mentality, I'm pretty fed up with that attitude.

As I see it, the Hello Kitty Rap is a farce and a parody of this immature macho culture, making a joke at their expense. That's why it's good Anyway, a lot of my music listening is done with a fair bit of irony. For example, is it possible to listen to Italo 100% unironically?

If I remember correctly, 8 people were shot dead there last year (which is a lot in a Swedish context). Fun fact: when visiting the area in the video as a kid, my Lebanese classmate had to lie and say that I was Eastern European. If the kids had found out that I was Swedish, I would have been beaten.
