Great food weekend in a small cabin in the far northern woods.

Deep fried snickers bar with ice cream

Dukkah crusted salmon , with harrissa youghurt and beetroot and goats cheese salad.

Word of warning tho, dukkah is more addictive than crack..

Thanks DumbBot, I like to drink too... and that doesn't couple well with being inactive and the meds I take.

I love food, but hate cooking more.  The taste is very bland... at first I thought it was gross but now it's just neutral.  I started drinking it to cut down on fast food and lose some weight.  I have lost weight but my cholesterol and liver are still pretty bad.  I wouldn't recommend just drinking Soylent, but as long as I have one meal a day with it I feel ok.

made some mexican dish with the usual ingredients, to much cheese for my digestive system i'm afraid had to open a few windows after dinner

Some delicious home smoked brown trout, think i've finally nailed the brine and smoked technique(its really easy to over smoke)...i've tried to cheat and not brine overnight, just doesn't work as well.
