Smirnoff used to have a brand called Mule, it similar to their Smirnoff Ice but with ginger ale.
i haven't seen it for ages
anyway it's one of my fav to and i just bought bottle of vodka

and i'm getting drunk

had a proper moscow mule a couple of nights ago, man that was pleasureable

I never tried the Talisker. It's gonna be my next whisky acquisition. Now, I'm drinking this at home:

Yesterday I finished that Lagavulin... its lovely. The Coal Ila 12 yrs is suberb too! (if you like a long aftertaste)

Tried this a little while back; at 55% it's a good bit stronger than most other Laphroaig's I've had, takes about three or four sips and 10 or 15 mins for your palette to acclimatise to the intesity of it... after that it's magic! Crisp and still really peaty, just a bit sharper and smokier than the 10/15 Y.O. or quarter cask.

Same thing here. The moments whiskey tastes best is when your tastebuds and throat is roughed up already, like after a night of smoking and drinking. The later it is, the better it tastes in my opinion. Strang thing is that Cognac, to me, does taste like nail varnish.
