how do you do it?
i already told it may be a port problem but the internet company i'm working with doesn't suppot mac
and not willing to help, unless i'll pay more.
they didn't tell me that they not supporting  mac when we start working...

I haven't done it but I was told I can use this site to make everything be as it should. http://www.portforward.com/

Do it your way, because everyone else is just weird.
