that's basically because he made it especially for the box-set with his most ridiculously rare vinyl yet. Flemming always hoped to have them released as a wav-quality box-set and he hoped by making two available for free as mp3 that it would generate enough interest to make the box-set a possibility. I have no doubts an mp3 of Boogie Down Firenze will be circulating shortly after the release anyway (inevitable) but this will be the only place you can get all three mixes wav-quality and without jingles...

what money can IFM possibly make out of us? you obviously don't have a clue about how internet radio works. IFM and Magic Waves have no contract or financial deal whatsoever. They've made a lot more money without us than we ever did without them, and I don't understand how they would make money out of us anyway..?

you gotta stop taking my opinions so seriously.  If at one time the FD mixes were free and now theyre not, that tells me something.  its bullshit to say that he had a boxset in mind all this time.  yes theyve made enough money, but once you start its never enough.

it's not bullshit, I've spoken about this with Flemming directly. that's why he got in touch with me about it in the first place. and those 2 mixes are still available for free as mp3!!

When did you ever get them wav-quality without jingles? from cbs (panama CDs) and you had to pay.

I've never made any money out of music, and don't stand to at the moment (Flemming and I are sinking ALL profits from this CD into making the magic waves italo festival happen), and money has nothing to do with our music anyway. I can't be bothered to have such an infantile converstaion defending allegations that are clearly ridiculous, and I won't again. Why not ask Flemming if you don't believe me...

and for the record I've never taken your opinions seriously.

well we've put on nights where all the artists played for free and the tickets would cover the hire of the venue but was still cheap for everyone to get in. so just for the love of it. ever tried that?
