Thank you to everybody that has paid for their orders. It took years and so much digging to collect all these records and it's really neat to see some of the boxes that are going out. Funny how amazing some are. I couldn't imagine getting all those records in one box. I'll miss some for sure but I would rather have them enjoyed and listened to. I know I just don't have the time and have other things on the go now.

It would mean a lot to get a few more of the quotes I've sent paid for before Friday. As mentioned free shipping over $200, possible extra discounts over $300 and $500 depending on number of records.

Records will start going out this weekend and should all be sent by the middle of next week or next weekend. Records will go out in order of when they were paid for. Should take 1-2 weeks to NA and 2-3 weeks or so once shipped to get to Europe and abroad.

Not as much competition in Edmonton and Calgary. Recordland in Calgary used to be the mecca but it's been cleaned out in the post discogs/ebay era.  Was lots of amazing things here in Alberta 5-10 years ago but it's all cleaned out now. I've always found collecting in Toronto and Vancouver quite limited. Montreal is good though. Years and years of digging...lots of record collectors in Edmonton plus we had one of the best discos in North America in the 80s (according to Rolling Stone.) And believe it or not, lots of gay people. The gay clubs now suck but in late 80s/early 90s there were  two really great ones.

I went to Detroit five years in a row too around DEMF and such. Lots of stuff there in spades (especially used) that you never see anywhere else.

During about the same time up until about a year ago I lived on Ebay and Discogs too buying hundreds of dollars worth every coupla weeks.
