I don't remember the exact words but some woman asked me if I only had gay-music. This was when I was playing at a gay-wedding party.
Same woman a little later: Can you play some 90's stuff?
Later  I played "He's the greatest dancer" by Sister Sledge and then she came again and said something like: Thanks, this is what I meant. Then I explained that it was a seventies song.

yeah you are right, we had a good laugh but unfortunately for her boyfriend we didnt played it again, next time ease up on the beers boyfriend wink So yeah it wasnt dumb but quite funny..

the real dumb requests I forgot over the years..

or maybe the guy who asked if we could play some acid, while Brian and I played chicago acid trax for 2 hours.. sometimes the requests are so stupid or out of contest that you can only think they are taking the piss on you..
