...when one year ago you broke your knee and torn all the shit around it, got surgery and a hell of a trainingplan during a year things seems to get better until 2 weeks ago you feel a lot of pain in the "good" knee, so now I have an infection on that one, can't barely walk. 2 weeks of rest, a lot op medication and then start the training again from scratch. It has been a year now since I could walk like a normal human being, so when you're walking guys: enjoy it
