That guy who rackmounted the 202 and 808 is pretty damn stupid!!!!!!! Or the orginal ones were so f*cked up then I take back my words.
yeah doing that to an 808 takes some courage i guess.
Imagine the moment you first are about to chop into the metal
I would stop there.
There's something to say though for using the machine in an upright position like a rack.
I've been using mine that way for some time and it really feels ( and looks ) nice.
Also about rackmounting an 808 : if you loose the sides,
i always guessed it would about fit in a rack without having to alter anything..?
oh man do i want the novamod 101....
i dunno if this is a customized synth or another limited version to sell
Limited version. You could win one with that German magazine (Keyboard, I believe). You had to make an artwork with the microkorg in it.
ugh those are hideous.. this is how you do reversed keys
that looks awesome (the patch bay)
ooh yeah!
reminds me of
its funny people always talk about crashes with the A6...I guess I got lucky becuase the only time I've ever experienced any problems with it is when I'm pushing the multi-timbral mix functions to their max...But I don't really use it for that purpose. I don't know, it fits in my studio pretty good.
Yes I have the same experience. The sometimes the multi and sometimes sequencer/arp area can be treacherous but everything else no issue at all. But damn it sounds shit hot and can do most things- just start from default patch and then you know what is setup rather then decode a complex patch, but hey even dave smith stuff you can get into crazy modulations that are impossible to reverse and ive had same experience with waldorf stuff. I've had a g2 around and no thank you I'd always take the a6. I think g2 is actually harder to use because you need a computer and sometimes you cant access things though the synth interface. That and it sounds cold and thin by comparison..still its good for much stuff. Dont think g2 is comparison for an analog monster except maybe in price. I see the G2 as plugin in a box, its a good plugin but still a VA.
..
nevermind
wow man thats stealth
couldn't resist doing it
Very nice!
i want to do that
couldn't resist doing it
what is that thing pauli?
that is a nord micro modular.
yep..
very cool, did you do the paint job on it?
