Besides the fact that this documentaire was allready mentioned before in this same threat earlier, it also SUCKX! big time.

Nothing really revolutionairy new in that overproduced flic (Oke, to be very honest, the edit is really nice) with a whole lot of overhyped and (to me) unknown nobody's who are only filling their empty quotes with a whole lot of 'interesting' namecalling.

a waste of time!

Overproduced? Half of the time they didn't even mic up the people properly big_smile How much would it cost to get simple clip-on?

It is kinda okay to watch tho, despite it tells the story you've heard a million times it's better then the first documentary she did which was less well edited (content wise).

Re: Music (or related) Documentairies:

not a bad docu about mostly terrible music.

Showing the way for the modern man to become a Model Man.

Very true!

by 'overproduced' I ment, the 'ultra-hipp and glossy' feel - >ALL STYLE & NO SUBSTANCE!<

Yes! the content is very nice, but the message is very lame.

and all those (who are these?) people calling all those very 'important' names of other artistst...

Re: Music (or related) Documentairies:

Ah well, it's hard to do a documentary about something you, your subjects and your audience already know all the answers to. And this documentary is absolutely not interesting to anybody who knows nothing about electro either. There is indeed nothing interesting said; it's only name dropping (disguised as 'history') and a lot of random shit about 'gear' and 'feeling'. Blah.

ectomorph was full of crap...how can you call kraftwerk proto-electro yet reference Sharivari, a song which is almost a synthpop pastiche?
