Love that film, the gangster son is priceless.
the coke addict singing 'Pitbull terrier' with the hookers cracks me up
Yeah, that's the fella, keeps his blow in a big cross round his neck. Been meaning to check some of that directors other films out. If they are even half as good as that one they must be great.

going back to Emir Kusturica, he has some crazy band that recorded that 'pitbull terrier' track. video below is the song live with bits of 'black cat/white cat'
quite the renaissance man

yeah he used to be with zabranjeno pusenje, that became the no smoking orchestra, a legendary yugo rock sth band, but they only did music for black cat/white cat, time of the gypsies, arizona dream and underground were done by goran bregovic, who also used to be a member of a huge yugo band called bijelo dugme.
black cat/white cat is cool in it's very grotesque humor, but kusturica's top as far as i'm concerned are time of the gypsies, do you remember dolly bell and when father was away on business, also his first movies, then again i might see it with a different eye as i'm familiar with the yugo mentality, dunno, ...
Highly recommended.
The first two seasons are the business. A real indepth look at male dominated 50's Manhattan ... where all that mattered was how many Martini's you could hold down at lunch.
i just watch it for christina hendricks.
more kusturica for me tonight
One absolute classic, one favourite indulgence & one i saw a few years ago in the cinema & wondered about...
Star Trek - Spock's Brain
usually held to be one of the worst episodes they ever made, I actually think for its sheer craziness it's one of the best!
buffet froid - i love dark humor and this is what this french film is notorious for being but i just thought it was kind of dumb. a few funny parts here and there but not enough to keep me watching till the end.
2/5 stars
i just watch it for christina hendricks.
same here! i would let her shit on my chest
^^ you might want to edit that

HAHAHAHA.
I loved how mental this is. Also love the never ending wrestling fight scene in the middle.
@meschi - killer film!
