no dude it sucked. visually maybe. but as a movie it blew. full of plotholes, bad acting, bad casting, hackneyed and lame themes; the guy basically steals from himself. probably blowing the money he made on yachts or something.
Maybe I just had really low expectations 
I understand Damon Lindelof rewrote most of the script, so I guess he's the one to blame really.
What I can't wrap my head around is how the xenomorphs fit in the timeline. They don't, is what I'm trying to say I guess.
yes the script was terrible/ implausible/ stupid. walked out after the second close up of a crucifix

Thanks, not even any votes yet on IMDB lol now this is the type I would look for..... Only problem is it is probably hard to find it with subtitles..... been living in Holland for many years but I think the more the years pass, the more my dutch becomes terrible

I have this one to watch for a while. I looooove Alex de la Iglesia´s movies especially Perdita Durango and El día de la bestia. Such awesome craziness 
Last movies I watched
This is the debut film from Paddy Considine (main actor of the awesome "Dead man shoes")
It's quite nice, depressing and nicely acted. If you like Ken Loach movies, this is the same style...
Really nice movie, subtle sense of humor. Lots of references to French cinema of the 50's/60's. If you are allergic to "feel good" movies, pass your way 
Me, I think it is a little jewel, highly recommended!
In terms of horror, the last one I watched was Subconscious Cruelty. Very weird, very extreme and gruesome.... Kind of artistic at the same time but well, not a masterpiece.... just very very weird.... 
And last but not least, there is one movie which I discovered last year and ever since, I have watched it many times. I'm totally fascinated by this movie. This is UNBELIEVABLE, psychological horror to the extreme, it is a trip you will NEVER forget!!! For me this is simply the best movie of all time!!! "Come and See" from Elem Klimov
The work on the sound, the dark poetry, the crescendo of horror, it moved me like no other movies ever did, this is a masterpiece!!!
And after the movie when you start reading the stories around it and how the movie was made, it makes you even more fascinated....
