Re: What movies/tv shows are you robots watching?!

I have a few bits to watch over the weekend. Im feelin pretty ill this morning aswell, so a weekend in my bed watching films.

Ive got cinema paradiso, I know its a classic, but never seen it. Such a killer emotional suondtrack from morricone aswell.

The final in the lord of the rings trilogy, I watched the first two back to back and I had never seen any of them. Couldnt quite face the marathon of all three though.

La Haine, I bought this the other day and havent seen it in ages. Ill be checking this out for sure.

finally 3th season 24 for me tonight. Hope it's not to exciting: last time I called in sick from work to watch them all at one smile

And done! far better than the second season, took me 6 days to watch it (with two off-days and one night of booty shaking at the Bitterzoet in between). Very tired now from working every day and watching every night...

Re: What movies/tv shows are you robots watching?!

haven't seen zavet yet, black cat white cat is hilarious indeed, yet one of kusturica's best in my opinion is the time of the gypsies (dom za vesanje) and do you remember dolly bell (sjecas li se dolly bell?), but then i grew up with those movies so i might not be too objective.
i got fed up with post last yugo war films too, so now i'm gonna give the battle of neretva a go, seen it as a kid, time to watch it again and what a cast for a yugo movie: brynner, orson welles, nero, ... idu tifuasaarii!

Re: What movies/tv shows are you robots watching?!

Things we lost in the fire - Not a great film but Benicio del Toro delivers a great performance.

Before the devil knows your dead - pretty good overall.

Re: What movies/tv shows are you robots watching?!

Recent watches:

Dark Heritage - A "lovecraft adaptation" that i handnt heard about befire, so i bought the dvd at a bargain shop when i saw it. Its a POS which didnt surprise me, but it does get some points for a few good soundtrack bits

Hunters Blood - Actually surprised me...its on par with dark heritage in terms of budget and acting, but theres some hillarious moments in it, and the film doesnt take itself too serious. And it does have Clu Gulagher and Joey Travolta in it so how can you go wrong really

Night of the demon - Same budget kinda movie about a murderous bigfoot...great opening theme but the film sucks

Barefoot Gen - Loved it, a lot better than the manga. Cant believe i didnt see it until now, had it lying around for ages. Best anime ive seen so far

Braveheart - No comments...

Oh yeah and the new indiana jones, which of course sucked

"Luc-Ass deserves every flack he gets. In fact, I think he's getting off pretty easy. What he REALLY Deserves is to go broke and be forced to move into a dumpster behind Pizza Hut."

Re: What movies/tv shows are you robots watching?!
