Classic by Visconti (1963). Enjoyed that! Never say Claudia Cardinale that beautiful (only in Once Upon A Time In The West): o la laaaa.

No probs.

I didnt really dig it. I know its dark and moody, and there are a lot of bits that are genuinly eerie. But I got really bored with it.
nice bit at the start of the film, the woman with the glass stickin out her face. Took a moment for me to realise what that was/
The Assembly, if you liked Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers then this film is a must, visually stunning with some lovely cinematography and a good story, I gave it 4 out of 5.

bit eerie. mostly shite.

Now come on, this is a bonafide classic right here, McNaughton spun the horror Genre off into total new territory here along with Roger Watkins' Last House On Dead End Street.
Rooker's performance is both comically naive and utterly threatening, and the film is infinitely more interesting that the real life of Henry Lee Lucas.
Then again, I watched a Sean S. Cunningham B-Movie Creature Feature last night Called Deepstar Six and I thought it was awesome.
Saw Igby Goes Down (2002). I had never heard of it before but it was pretty good nevertheless. A bit Tenenbaums/Grosse Pointe Blank/Ice Storm/American Beauty

of course man, opinions are exactly that. For me, it just never really tickled my balls if you know what I mean.
Enjoyed watching Loft quite a lot the other night.

I know, I know, I'm quite passionate about that period of horror, so I can often come off as a total tool.
you've seen: Last House On Dead End Street though?
